Export Area Sales Manager

As an Export Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our business on the global stage. Your main focus will be to drive our commercial strategy, fostering and developing relationships with international clients and partners. Additionally, you will allocate 20% of your time to investing in trade marketing projects, contributing to our marketing efforts and enhancing our brand presence worldwide.

¿Qué vas a hacer?
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Handle key accounts and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal terms. You will manage USA, Mexico, Brazil where we have strategic partnerships, and we will be adding other countries step by step. Those three markets are strategic for the company, with a business model of Subsidiary & Partnership with Join Ventures
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Craft and execute strategic plans to enter new markets and increase market share in existing territories. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. We already have Business Plans, you will be updating, following and implementing.
  • Trade Marketing: Oversee the investment in trade marketing projects, collaborating with the marketing team to ensure projects align with overall business objectives. In this case you will be managing trade and marketing projects for Asia and Europe.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal departments such as Logistics, Production, Quality, and Finance to ensure seamless operations and the highest level of service to clients.
¿Qué necesitas para el puesto?
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in international business development, sales, or commercial roles, with a strong track record of achieving business growth.
  • Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of business development principles and trade marketing investment.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
