CRM Strategist
We are looking for a CRM strategist to define multi-channel CRM campaigns for Bella Aurora Labs customers and prospects.
¿Qué vas a hacer?
- Create medium and long term strategic plans for the Customer Care Service department.
- Design and plan multiple customer journeys.
- Ensure compliance and alignment of the CRM system with GDPR policy.
- Study and analyze customer behavior to apply the data collected in CRM plans and strategies.
- Planning and coordination of CRM campaigns with other areas that may be involved.
- Content writing and design of creative templates, focused on engagement.
- Analyze the KPI’s defined with the CRM Manager.
¿Qué necesitas para el puesto?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Advertising.
- 5 years of practical experience in a CRM position.
- Experience in data acquisition, management and enhancement of CRM software. Previous experience in the company’s CRM will be an asset.
- Experience in digital implementations within the Dynamics 365 environment (both in architecture and functionalities), collaborating with different roles and teams in their various phases.
- Professional experience in one or some of the following areas: cosmetics, luxury, fashion or consumer sector.
- English level: Advanced.
